Automated passport data extraction

Upload a passport scan and Workforce reads it for you. Passport number, full name, date of birth, issue and expiry dates, and nationality are extracted automatically and pre-fill the applicant form — cutting repetitive manual data entry and the typing errors that come with it.

Applicant records, passport details, contracts, photographs, and generated CVs live in one centralized, access-controlled platform. Filter and search the applicant list by name, passport number, contract, reference, post, CV status, or creation date to find any record in seconds.

Capture everything an employer needs in one structured profile: passport and personal details, contract terms (post, salary, currency, period), Arabic and English language proficiency, practical skills, per-country work experience, and both ID and full-length photographs.

Generate professionally formatted, print-ready PDF CVs directly from a saved applicant record, in multiple CV templates. CVs are ready instantly for viewing, printing, downloading, or sending to employers — while live status tracking (processing, completed, translated) keeps you free to keep working.

Serverless on AWS — nothing to install

Workforce runs on a fully managed, event-driven AWS architecture with secure sign-in via Amazon Cognito and private document storage on Amazon S3 with CDN delivery. There is no software to install or maintain: your team signs in from any browser, and the platform is designed to scale with your agency.
